  FIRST DAY SPEECH IN ENGLISH CLASS🎤 Hello everyone! I'm Sandalee Mudara. My home town is Gampaha. Now I'm 23 years old. There are four members in my family. They are father, mother, brother and me. Both my parents working as school teachers in two different schools in Colombo and my ambition is also to be a teacher. This is my first day in here. I see you all at my first time. I'm like to know about each and every one. I came here to learn and improve my English Knowledge as yours. English language is most important language and it is the one and only  global language. We all have to improve our English knowledge because of that reason. I think this is a good opportunity and this is the best place to improve our knowledge. I want to learn English for the highest. I know lecturers will always help for us. Thank you.

  DREAMS💖 What are dreams? Everyone got dreams in their life journey. The moment someone says the word dreams what we think of is the vision that we see during sleep. All of us have had dreams at one time or the other. Some of them may have been happy dreams and some have been bad ones. Sometimes we wake up screaming and make us say, Oh my god, I am happy it was only a dream. 💖Some people believe that dreams do come true. Some are not. Whatever be the truth of that  it has been scientifically proved that the experiences and secret wishes we have in our mind but are not really aware of come to us in all their clarity during dreams. Do you have seen any dreams?😁 Go confidently in the direction of your dreams  live the life you have imagined.

  VALUE OF BREAKFAST 🍲 What is the breakfast? Breakfast is the meal that we take in the morning. Therefore it is the most important meal. Our grandparents had a rich breakfast with all nutrients .But, nowadays people are soo busy with their work and plans. Therefore people eat instant food like noodles, buns, and other short eats.  They don't care about the nutrients or vitamins of the food today. Today people take their breakfast on the way. Really we should take rich breakfast with nutrients. For examples green grams, pulses and cereals. We can prepare these food instant for our breakfast. Most people miss the breakfast. Because they are soo busy. Therefore people have become patients now. I think we should care about our breakfast than early. It says ''Take your breakfast like a king''.

 👉 HEALTH IS WEALTH 👈 What is health? Yes. Health is living without  diseases. Then we will be wealthy. Our grandparents led a healthy life than us. Because they had a balanced diet. As well as, they had physical exercises. But we don't have them today. So we are unhealthy what should we do to be healthy.  First we should take a balanced diet with proteins, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. As well as we need exercises also for a healthy life.  Gardening, Swimming and walking are good for a healthy life. Not only that, We need good health habits also for a healthy life. For an example brushing teeth washing hands, before eating and wearing clean clothes are good health habits. I think, if we care about these, we will be healthy and wealthy. It says ''Prevention is better than care''.
