Good health habits pave the way for us to lead a healthy life. It is said that good health is the greatest blessing that a man has.

Early rising is a good health habit. Can you remember this saying?

''Early to bed and early to rise make a man healthy ,wealthy and wise''

Early in the morning the whole environment is fresh. This is the best time to take a walk. It is a good exercise. It gives us not only the physical health but also the mental health. Also we hear the sweet song of the birds at this time. Fresh air and sunshine are two gifts given to us by the nature. It is said that morning sunshine contains certain vitamins. It helps us to fight diseases. Rays of the sun kill many germs.


We must always drink pure boiled water .We can live two or three days without food, but we cannot live even a day without water. 

We can purify water by boiling. Drinking a glass of water early in the morning is a good health habit.



We must brush our teeth at least twice a day after meals. We must have clean nails. 


Nails may carry germs. So we must trim our nails once a week.

                       

Wearing clean clothes is also a good health habit. 

We must have a bath everyday. It helps to keep  our body clean.



If we practice these health habits properly, we will be able to lead a healthy life.
